Hello, Night Lighters!

We are excited to announce our rescheduled date — we have some fun plans in store.

As you know, our event this past Saturday was all ready to go when we had that MASSIVE storm blow in out of nowhere that completely flooded the venue.

If Saturday felt chaotic and difficult, we apologize again on behalf of Mother Nature. :) And if you have any other concerns not addressed in this email, go ahead and email us back here with your questions.

We’ve been working since Saturday with the venue and the local authorities on a new reschedule date — which will be Saturday, October 19th!

We have a bunch of fun surprises with this new date. Here’s what you need to know:

  • This will be a true NIGHT LIGHTS event. With the time change, most of the event will take place after dark. Gates will open at 5:00 pm, and we are planning on a launch time of 9:00 pm.
  • We are planning a few festive Fall and Halloween surprises like Jack-O-Lanterns (get it?), and other spooky activities. More details to come! You’re getting spoiled.
  • Like always, it’s going to be spectacular and most importantly we’ll have launch-friendly weather on our side.

Here’s what you need to know about your tickets:

  • You don’t need to do anything with your tickets. We will transfer them immediately so your ticket for last Saturday is automatically valid for our new date.
  • If you paid for parking and you kept your orange parking coupon, OR they told you a secret passcode, OR you still have your wristbands from Saturday, bring it with you and you’ll get free parking again.
  • If you paid for parking and you don’t have either of those things, hit reply to this email and we’ll figure out how to get you taken care of.
  • If this new date doesn’t work for you, and you purchased the weather protection, email hello@nightlightsevent.com and we’ll help you with your refund.

Again, our new date is Saturday, October 19th. We look forward to a magical launch and appreciate your flexibility. Looking forward to a hauntingly fun Night Lights! #spookyseason

Warmest Wishes,
The Night Lights Team
