Sunday’s weather isn’t looking great, so we have decided to combine Sunday’s event with Saturday.

We’ve been watching the weather closely for this weekend and unfortunately, Sunday’s weather isn’t looking good. We have made the decision to reschedule Sunday’s event.

The rescheduled date for Sunday, September 17th, will be THIS SATURDAY, September 16th.

Here’s what’s happening:

Saturday is looking great, and we are all set for the increased capacity! We want as many of you as possible to enjoy a great launch, so we are combining both days this weekend into one… epic… launch.

If you have valid tickets for any of the following dates:

• Saturday, September 9th, 2023
• Sunday, September 10th, 2023
• Saturday, September 16th, 2023
• Sunday, September 17th, 2023

Bring your tickets and come this Saturday. We want to see you. 🙂

(It’s ok if any of the above dates are printed on your tickets. We’ll get you into the event.)

We know this isn’t ideal… We know it’s an inconvenience… And we’re sorry…

Unfortunately Mother Nature just isn’t agreeing with us, and Hurricane Lee off the East Coast is giving us a high chance of rain on Sunday.

“Will Saturday be overcrowded?”

In short, no.

• We’ve already had quite a few people hold their tickets for credit or transfer to our Hollywood Casino. We’ve been watching the attendance numbers closely, and we’re prepped!
• The venue can easily accommodate the increased capacity for parking.
• Inside the venue space, we’ve added additional infrastructure, walking lanes, and seating areas.
• It’s going to be a full house, but it’s going to be a blast, and it’s going to be an epic launch.

“What about food & beverage?”

One thing we want to prep you for is food and beverage. If you’ve been to our events you know the food truck lines can get long. With the increased capacity we want to make sure you have what you need.

If you want to play it safe, we’ve worked with the venue to allow small coolers (something you can carry), and sealed water bottles.

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL WILL BE ALLOWED.

“What if I can’t make it Saturday?”

We understand that it might be hard to change your plans. If this is the case, you have these  options:

• Transfer your tickets to Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course on Saturday, October 14th.
• Hold your tickets as a credit for a 2024 event.

“What if I have Ticket Protection and I’d like a refund?”

This is exactly why we offer Ticket Protection at checkout. Head over the the Account Dashboard and click the Request Refund button under your order.

We will be processing these refunds as soon as possible. Please allow us to process these over the next few weeks. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.

“Do I need new tickets?”

Nope! If your tickets have any of the Pocono event dates listed above, you’re all good. Just plan on bringing any of your tickets to the event and we’ll see you there.

“I’m still waiting on a reply to an email from last weekend!”

We have been working on overdrive this week, and we are probably not going to get back to you before the event.

If you submitted a refund request from last weekend, we’ll be working through those over the next few weeks.

If you requested to transfer to a different event, or a Ticket Credit, we have finished processing those and you can log in to the Account Dashboard here to view your order status and resend your updated tickets.

“How does a Ticket Credit work?”

Once we announce our 2024 schedule, we will reach out to you and let you know how to redeem those credits for a 2024 event.

Ok, so to recap:

• Saturday is ON. We are prepped for a big turnout and an absolutely EPIC launch.
• Sunday has been postponed due to weather. We are offering two makeup dates:
• Saturday, September 16th
• Saturday, October 14th (Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course)
• You also have the option to hold your tickets as a credit for next year.
• If you have a ticket for a 2023 Night Lights Event at Pocono Raceway, just come to the event, regardless of the date printed on your tickets. Your tickets are valid, and you will get you in.

Saturday is going to be an absolute blast. We can’t wait to see you. We’re bringing all of the positive vibes and good energy we can and we’re looking forward to it.
