EVENT RESCHEDULE NOTICE DUE TO RAIN
Night Lights at Hollywood Casino has been rescheduled to Saturday, November 4th.

Hi Night Lighters!
After watching the weather closely for this Saturday, we’ve been advised to reschedule the event to November 4th.
Unfortunately, the chances of rain only seem to be increasing, with the forecast calling for over an inch of rain at Hollywood Casino this weekend.
In order to give you the best experience possible and ensure a successful lantern release, we will be rescheduling the event.
Night Lights at Hollywood Casino will be held on Saturday, November, 4th!
The weather in early November is historically beautiful — and we’ll be opening gates at 1:00 PM to make the most of the day!
Here’s what you need to know:
- Your tickets from the original date have automatically been moved to Saturday, November 4th, 2023. All you need to do is show up on the new date with your original tickets.
- Gates open at 1:00 pm, please be there no later than 4:30 pm.
- In order to process your refund or transfer, we will need to hear from you as soon as possible.
If you purchased Ticket Protection:
- We are more than happy to issue you a refund for your tickets if the new date does not work for you. Please read our Refund Policy here.
- To request a refund, please log into the Account Dashboard here and click the “Request Refund” button under your current order.
- If you would like to transfer your tickets to a different event or hold them for an event next season, you can log into the Account Dashboard here click the “Transfer/Hold Tix” button.
- If you would like to attend the rescheduled event, there’s nothing additional you need to do. Just hang on to your original tickets and bring them to the event.
- Your tickets will have the old date printed on them, but they will still be valid.
- If you would like to resend your tickets with the new date printed on them, please log into the Account Dashboard and click the “Resend Tix” button.
- Thank you for your patience in this — we will be processing any needed refunds as quickly as we can, in the order they are received.
If you DID NOT purchase Ticket Protection:
- Night Lights tickets are non-refundable if you DID NOT purchase Ticket Protection at the time of your order. Please read our Refund Policy here.
- Your options are to either attend the rescheduled event, have your tickets transferred to a different event, or hold your tickets as a credit for next year.
- To transfer your tickets to a different event, or to hold your tickets as credit for next year, please log into the Account Dashboard here and click the “Transfer/Hold Tix” button under your current order.
- If you did not purchase Ticket Protection, you will not have the option of a refund.
- If you would like to attend the rescheduled event, there’s nothing additional you need to do. Just hang on to your original tickets and bring them to the rescheduled event.
- Your tickets will have the old date printed on them, but they will still be valid.
- If you would like to resend your tickets with the new date printed on them, please log into the Account Dashboard and click the “Resend Tix” button.
