Night Lights at Maple Grove Raceway has been rescheduled.

Hey Night Lighters!

Due to rain and thunderstorms in the forecast, we’ve made the tough decision to reschedule this weekend’s events at Maple Grove Raceway.

Night Lights is a weather-dependent experience, and we always consider rain, wind, and ground conditions to ensure a safe and magical night. While Sunday’s weather looks clear, the grounds are too saturated for us to deliver the experience you deserve.

We’ve transferred your tickets to the new dates and it’s going to be beautiful.

🗓️ Your New Event Dates

• If you have tickets for Saturday, May 31st, the new date is Saturday, June 21st.
• If you have tickets for Sunday, June 1st, the new date is Sunday, June 22nd.

If you plan to attend the rescheduled event, your tickets have been automatically transferred—no action needed.

Want updated tickets with the new date printed? Log into the Account Dashboard here and click “Download Tix.” This will be available 10 days before the event.

(Not required—your original QR code tickets can still be scanned.)

If you are unable to attend the new event dates, select one of the following options below:

🎟️ Transfer Your Tickets to Another 2025 Event

Can’t make the new June dates? No problem—you're welcome to transfer your tickets to a different Night Lights event later this year.

How to transfer:

1. Log into the Account Dashboard here
2. Click “Transfer Tix” and select your preferred new event/date
   (Pocono Raceway in September or Hollywood Casino in October are great options!)‍
3. Submit your request by June 8, 2025 to waive any transfer fees
4. We’ll begin processing transfers on June 9, 2025, in the order they’re received
5. Once completed (usually within 3–5 business days), your new ticket details will appear in your dashboard
   (You’ll be able to download your new tickets 10 days before your selected event)

Note: Unused tickets must be transferred before October 20, 2025. After that, your tickets will expire.

🎫 Hold Your Tickets for a 2026 Event

Prefer to attend next season instead? You can request to hold your tickets as a credit for 2026.

How to request credit:

1. Log into the Account Dashboard here
2. Click “Hold Tix as Credit” and fill out the form
3. The deadline to request a credit for 2026 is June 20, 2025.
4. Credit will be redeemable for any 2026 event after dates are announced early next year.

Important: If you do not submit the credit request form before the deadline, your tickets will expire and will NOT be redeemable next year.

💸 Request a Refund (If You Purchased Ticket Protection)

If you added Ticket Protection to your order, you’re eligible for a refund if you can’t attend the rescheduled event.

How to request a refund:

1. Log into the Account Dashboard here
2. Click “Request Refund” under your current order
3. Please submit your request by June 20, 2025
4. We will begin processing refunds on June 9, 2025
5. Most refunds are processed in 3–5 business days, depending on the number of refund requests received
