We have successfully managed nearly 100 Night Lights events. Making weather-related decisions is always challenging and we make those decisions based on the most complete information we have available to us including multiple weather services.

We want to assure you that your feedback is valuable to us, and we are actively reviewing our processes to make improvements and prevent similar situations in the future. We are committed to making this right and providing a better experience in the future.

Resolution

To ensure swift resolution, we've created a dedicated form. This will allow us to gather more information about your situation.

The following options are available for all ticket holders of the September 9th event:

Option 1 — Transfer to the Night Lights event on Saturday, September 16th

Many of you are wanting to transfer your tickets to a different event. We are inviting you to join us on September 16th as a makeup date. There will be no charge to transfer your tickets to the new date.

If we don’t receive a form request from you by Wednesday the 13th at Midnight ET, no worries, your tickets will be automatically transferred.

Option 2 — Transfer to a different Night Lights event on our schedule

You can transfer to any Night Lights event on our schedule. Here are our upcoming events in the area:

• Sunday, September 17th — Pocono Raceway
• Saturday, October 14th — Hollywood Casino at Penn National Racecourse (Near Hershey, PA)

Option 3 — Ticket credit for 2024 season

Select this option if you’d like to hold your tickets for an event in 2024. You’ll have the option to redeem your ticket credit when we announce our 2024 schedule this November.

Option 4 — Use your Ticket Protection

If you purchased Ticket Protection at the time of your ticket order, you have the option to receive a refund. Just fill out the form to get started.

Option 5 — Something Else
