Safety and guest experience are always our top priorities. After watching the weather system closely and coordinating with local authorities and the venue, we’ve made the difficult decision to reschedule Saturday’s event to Sunday.
🔗 How We Handle Weather Reschedules
Unfortunately, Saturday’s forecast includes several severe weather warnings:
The system is expected to move east of Warren County after 8 PM, when conditions stabilize. For everyone’s safety—and to make sure you have the magical experience you’ve been looking forward to—we’ll be lighting up the sky on Sunday, October 19th.
We’ve already had a few people ask what Sunday’s crowd will look like — and the good news is, we’re in great shape.
Because Sunday events are typically smaller than Saturday’s, we already have plenty of space to comfortably combine both nights. The venue is designed for large-scale events and we’re capping attendance well below the maximum capacity allowed under local fire code and venue regulations. We are fully staffed with ample parking and facilities to keep everything running smoothly.
You can expect an incredible atmosphere — a vibrant crowd, thousands of lanterns filling the sky, and plenty of room for everyone to relax, spread out, and enjoy the evening safely.
If anything, Sunday will be even more magical — a packed sky, beautiful weather, and the energy that makes Night Lights so special. 🌙✨

If you’re still planning on joining us, there’s nothing you need to do — simply bring your ticket (your original tickets still work) and join us Sunday evening.

If Sunday won’t work for you, please submit a request for one of the following:
🚨 The deadline to request any one of the following options is: October 20, 2025
*If you don't submit a request before the deadline, we will assume you attended the rescheduled date. All requests must be submitted through the Account Dashboard. Please only make a single request. Multiple requests will result in a significant delay, or errors to your order. These requests are only valid for those who purchased tickets to the rescheduled event.
As you make a request, please understand we are working through the requests as quickly as possible. You should receive an email once your request has been processed and is complete. This typically takes 3-5 days depending on the volume of requests received. Thank you for your patience.

We know many of you travel long distances to join us and how much this night means to you. We feel that too—and while it’s never easy to reschedule, our priority is always your safety and the quality of your experience.
