GATES OPEN AT
2:00 pm
Once you’re in, grab your lantern kit, pick up merch, snap a few photos, and settle in. We recommend arriving early so you have plenty of time before things get busy.
WANDER THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS
BEFORE DUSK
Explore the grounds, find your spot for the night, set up your chairs or blanket, and take a moment to decorate your lantern with a message or intention.
LIVE MUSIC & CAMPFIRE HANGS
AROUND SUNSET
As the sun sets, enjoy live music, campfire vibes, and s’mores with your crew. This is when the energy builds and the night starts to feel magical.
Lantern Launch
AFTER DARK
When it’s dark enough and conditions are clear, we all launch together. Follow the stage clock and instructions — lighting your lantern at the same time as thousands of others is unforgettable.
DANCE PARTY AT THE STAGE
AFTER THE LAUNCH
Stick around for a bit while traffic clears. We keep the party going with music, good vibes, and one last chance to take in the lanterns drifting across the sky.

IMPORTANT things to know...
POSTPONEMENTS ARE POSSIBLE
Night Lights is an outdoor, weather-dependent event. Although postponements are rare, rain or high winds may require us to reschedule. We work closely with local authorities to make the safest call for everyone. If an event is postponed, all tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.
Tickets are Non-Refundable
Night Lights does not offer general refunds, including for postponed events. Refunds are only available to guests who purchased Ticket Protection directly through Night Lights. Ticket Protection must be added at the time of purchase and applies per ticket you wish to cover.
WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU PAY
Our ticket pricing is “all-in” meaning it includes parking and all required fees — the price you see is the price you pay (plus sales tax). This keeps things simple, transparent, and free of surprise charges at checkout.
TODAY’S PRICE IS YOUR BEST DEAL
Tickets follow a tiered pricing system with limited quantities in each tier. As tiers sell out, prices rise. Today’s price is the lowest it will be all season, and it isn’t guaranteed tomorrow.
OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
(Add-ons can be selected in the cart during checkout)
TICKET PROTECTION
Because unexpected things happen, Ticket Protection offers added flexibility and reassurance when life throws you a curveball.
- Covers you if your plans change — for any reason.
- Helpful for weather-dependent events where postponements may occur.
- Add it at checkout to receive a refund even if the event is rescheduled.
- Must be purchased for each ticket you want covered.
priority entry
Our version of a VIP experience with exclusive perks.
- Includes golden tickets and special Priority Entry swag delivered to your door.
- Skip long check-in lines with your own dedicated registration lane.
- 15% off all Night Lights merch & firepits during the event.
Your Priority Entry kit ships within 1–2 weeks, so you’ll receive it well before the event — perfect if you’re giving tickets as a gift.

One of the coolest things I’ve seen...
What happens to all the lanterns?
Our mission is to leave each venue cleaner than we found it — this means that our team heads out after each event with the mission of collecting every single lantern. We also clean up any trash we find along the way.
Have another question?
Is this safe and legal?
We've worked closely with both state and local officials, as well as fire marshals, to ensure our event is executed safely and legally — especially with regard to the lighting and releasing of lanterns. Night Lights has received a permit for lighting and releasing lanterns. (In most places, this practice is illegal unless you have a permit in place.)
The lanterns that Night Lights use are specially-designed. They are 100% biodegradable, flame retardant, and have a fuel cell with a quicker burn time designed to fully burn out before returning to the earth's surface.

Doesn't this make a lot of trash?
The lanterns that we use are above industry standards and have been scientifically created and tested to leave no footprint. The lanterns are 100% biodegradable, flame retardant, and contain a fuel cell designed to fully burn out before the lantern returns to the earth's surface.
Each event is equipped with an experienced staff of lantern chasers who retrieve and gather sky lanterns for 48 hours after the event to ensure grounds are left clean and undisturbed.

What happens before the launch?
Outside food policy is determined by the venue, not us. Sealed water is almost allowed but coolers are not. Across all Night Lights locations, there will be an array of food trucks, beer and wine gardens, and s'mores kits available for purchase.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing camp chairs and blankets. Sun shades are nice if you plan on arriving earlier in the day. Strollers and wagons are ok, but the venue doesn't allow coolers. Also we don't allow pets or dogs unless they are a service animal.
Does everyone in my group need a ticket?
Children 6 and under are free and don't need a ticket to enter the event. All attendees age 7 and up will need a ticket to enter the event. Your ticket includes admission to the event area and your lantern kit. We don't offer or sell spectator passes.
How can I get the best deal on my tickets?
Our tickets work on a time & quantity tier system. This means that our ticket prices increase as we get closer to the event. Basically, this means that the price you see now is most likely the lowest the prices will be for the rest of the season. We like to reward our customers for buying their tickets early. :)
