Dear Night Lighters,
We wanted to share our pro tips and important info so you can prep for the perfect night.
Gates open at 3:00 PM, but the lanterns don't wait for those who are late.
We recommend arriving no later than 5:30 PM to avoid traffic and make the most out of your experience..
** High-risk individuals are encouraged to come at the gates opening time **
We get a lot of questions about coolers, pets, chairs, and blankets. Here's what you need to know:
Each member of your group over the age of 18 will be required to sign a waiver in order to enter the event. Save time by having everyone in your group sign this document.
** Anyone 17 and under will need a signed waiver from their parent or legal guardian. Bring a printed copy of this waiver so you don’t have to wait in line. **
Requirements are based on local guidelines, but we encourage you to bring a mask.
There will be a security checkpoint to enter the venue. Save yourself time by bringing a CLEAR bag.
The weather for this weekend is expected to be HOT and sunny! So, be sure to bring a factory sealed water bottle to stay hydrated during the festivities.
** The venue doesn’t allow outside water that isn’t in a factory sealed, unopened water bottle. However, you can come prepared with a canteen with ICE ONLY and/or a soft shell lunch box sized cooler with ice. A liquid check will take place during security and will be confiscated if it doesn’t meet the venue’s standards.
If you ordered skip the line, a package should arrive to you 7-14 days prior to the event.
Ideally, you should print your tickets in advance. If you can’t print them, pull them up on your phone and take a screenshot because the cell service might be spotty at the venue.
If you are still having issues, reply to this email and we’ll try to help you out. And if all else fails, GO TO THE EVENT. We’ll be able to help you at the big blue registration tent.
Remember, you’ll need a signed waiver to enter the event. You can save a lot of time if you print out a copy and sign it before.
Don’t release your lantern until you hear from the stage! It’s much more beautiful if we all do it together. :)
We’ll be hanging out together listening to live music, eating s’mores, eating from the food trucks, and playing games.
Arriving on time ensures you can choose a great picnic spot and enjoy the festival. Please take your travel time into consideration and plan accordingly.
The lantern launch is something we all do at the same time… It’s much safer and more beautiful this way. :) Please listen for announcements. We promise — you’ll know when to start getting your lanterns ready.
Each ticket includes a lantern, lighter, and marker. More lanterns are available for purchase at the event.
Radiate™ portable campfire pits are sold separately for $30 each. As seen on Shark Tank, these portable fire pits are perfect for roasting marshmallows and keeping warm at our events!
Please note we have a limited quantity of fire pits. First come first serve!
S’more Kits will be available for purchase at the event for $10.
Each kit includes marshmallows, graham crackers, Hershey’s chocolate, and roasting sticks to make 8-10 s'mores.
We have cool tees, hoodies, blankets, chairs, and other goodies available for purchase at the event.
We’d love if you tagged us @nightlightsevent and used this hashtag so we can see your photos:
To keep social distancing as you leave the venue please wait until the first letter of your last name is called.
Feel free to take your time leaving the festival grounds and wait out the traffic!
Get in some extra snuggles and share stories under the stars fireside (make sure to snag a Radiate fire pit when you enter) or join our socially distant dance party. We'll be closing out the festivities with a killer playlist.
If the weather turns, we’ll send updates through email, SMS, and in our Facebook event page. If it’s too rainy or windy we may postpone the event, so watch your email and the updates in the Facebook event page.
Please note, our event is dependant on low wind speeds, so windy conditions could possibly trigger a postponement.
You should have received an email with your e-tickets right when you purchased them.
If you don’t know where your tickets are, send us an email at email@example.com and we can help.
Because we’re so close to the event and receiving many customer service inquiries, if we haven’t responded yet, please bring any proof of purchase and/or receipt to the event and we will honor your tickets. PLEASE show up, and we will confirm your purchase to give you entry.
Everyone in your group ages 7 and older will need a ticket. Kids 6 and under are free. This is a new change as of this year — we no longer sell kids tickets.
