Note: Please read carefully.
Similar to a sporting event or concert, Night Lights has a no refund policy. All tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
Because Night Lights is a weather-dependent outdoor event, there are rare occasions when an event must be rescheduled due to conditions out of our hands, such as high winds, burn bans, or heavy rain.
If this occurs, all tickets for the original date will automatically transfer to the new, rescheduled date — no action is required on your part.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may choose to convert your tickets to Ticket Credit.
This option is available only when:
To request a Ticket Credit:
Important: If you do not see the “Hold Tix” button, your tickets are not eligible for Ticket Credit.
In the case of a reschedule, if you want to attend an event with a confirmed date that is different from the rescheduled event, you can request a ticket transfer, instead of ticket credit, and we will waive the ticket transfer fee.

If the new reschedule date works for you, nothing! Your tickets have been automatically transferred to the new date. Your tickets will be located in your Account Dashboard and can be resent to your email by clicking the “Resend Tix” button below your order.
We have several options if you cannot attend the new, rescheduled date:

Just log into the Account Dashboard and click the “Hold Tix” button below your order. If you do not see this button, then your tickets are not available for Ticket Credit. You will receive an email confirmation and your order status will be updated once your request has been processed. Your current tickets will no longer be valid and Ticket Protection will be void.
You will be emailed instructions on how to redeem your credit once our upcoming schedule has been officially released.
All you need to do is log into the Account Dashboard and click on the “Redeem Credit” button below your order. If you do not see the Redeem Credit button, we did not receive your Ticket Credit request in the prior season, and we will need to review your order manually. Please reach out through our Support Form so our team can assist you.
Once your request to redeem your tickets has been processed, your new tickets will be emailed to you and you will receive an email confirmation.
*You will receive the same number of tickets that you have credit for, no matter the current price of tickets
Credit requests will only be accepted by midnight the day before the rescheduled date. Please note, it may take a couple of days for our customer support team to process the transfer — but rest assured, we are on it!
Any tickets purchased will ONLY be valid for: A) the season in which the tickets were originally purchased, or B) the following season after tickets were originally purchased. Tickets held as credit will expire and not be redeemable, if not used by November 15th, the year following the original event.
For example, if you purchased your tickets for a 2024 event, you have until November 15, 2025 to redeem and use them. Any ticket credits that were held in 2023 must be used for a 2024 event, or they will expire on November 15, 2024 (exceptions would be rescheduled events in back-to-back years).
There is no cost for a ticket credit. It is our way of saying “thanks” for your flexibility.
We offer a ticket credit - redeemable to any event in the current or following year - as a one time courtesy, due to a reschedule. If you have credit, redeem it for an event and THEN want to transfer again, you will be required to pay the $8 per ticket Transfer fees, plus any price differences.
