What are our general weather, postponement, and refund policies?

Weather Dependent

Because our events are held in outdoor venues, they are highly weather dependent including rain, lightning, and wind.

Collaboration with Local Municipalities & Authorities

We hold our events in close collaboration with the local municipalities, safety, health, and fire authorities. There have been circumstances where we have been required to postpone events based on safety (like traffic or fire)or health concerns (like COVID-19 restrictions).

Postponements & Makeup Dates

If we are unable to hold an event due to inclement weather or a government restriction we will postpone the event to a later "make-up" date. All tickets for the original event are automatically transferred to this make-up date. If you are unable to attend that new date you can either hold your tickets as a credit, or transfer them to another event on our calendar.

Cancellations

If the event has been cancelled — meaning that we do not plan on holding another event and making up for the original date — then all tickets will be refunded.

Qualifying for a Refund

We do not issue refunds for any circumstance unless you purchased Ticket Protection while placing your order.

Ticket Protection

Ticket Protection is an option you can add to your order during checkout that will allow you to claim a refund or transfer tickets to a different event.

Ticket Protection is $5 per ticket and must be purchased for EACH ticket that you'd like to protect — in other words, if you place 2 separate orders (for 4 tickets each) and only 1 of the orders has Ticket Protection selected, then only the tickets in that single order will qualify for a refund.

Ticket Protection can only be purchased during checkout with your tickets and cannot be added at a later time.

*If you are redeeming tickets with your credit, Ticket Protection is not valid if it is added to your order. You must have purchased Ticket Protection with your original ticket order. We will not issue refunds on orders used with credit.

What does Ticket Protection cover?

Ticket Protection allows you to claim a refund if you cannot use your tickets due to:
  • Illness
  • Traffic
  • Weather Emergency
  • Work Requirements
Ticket Protection allows you to claim a refund for:
  • Your ticket price
  • Any add-ons (not including Ticket Protection)
  • Service Fee
  • Parking & Facility Fees
  • Local Sales Tax
Ticket Protection does not include a refund on the price of Ticket Protection ($5 per ticket) and the Processing Fees related to your order.

Ticket Protection does not include coverage for any other expenses including travel, gas, flights, or hotels.
Ticket Protection allows you to transfer tickets to a different event.

When you purchase Ticket Protection, ticket transfers to an event of equal price will be complimentary, however in the case that the event to be transferred TO is a higher priced event, a transfer fee of $4 per ticket will be added and must be paid before tickets can be transferred.

If Ticket Protection is not purchased, a transfer fee of $4 per ticket (or $7 per ticket for higher priced events) will be added and must be paid before tickets can be transferred.

Using your Ticket Protection

If you did purchase Ticket Protection and you'd like to request a refund, your refund request MUST be submitted before the event date. This does not apply to orders placed with credit.

**After the day of the event, any requests for refund will not be granted.
